Multi-Application Software Connector
One connector to the trans-European CCN network.
lxr.CCN is a reliable bridge between your national Customs & Tax applications and the CCN network — standard SOAP Web Services that hide the proprietary CSI, so your developers never have to master it. One connector, every application — backed by the high quality standard of support Vivansa is known for.
The problem
Connecting to CCN shouldn’t mean mastering CSI.
The CCN network is the backbone of EU customs and tax — but reaching it means dealing with the proprietary CSI interface, application by application, channel by channel.
CSI is proprietary
The Common System Interface is a closed, low-level protocol. Every team that touches CCN has to learn it, and keep that knowledge alive for years.
One stack per application
NCTS, EMCS, ECS, ICS… each national application ends up with its own CSI integration to build, certify and maintain.
Three channels to support
Synchronous CCN/CSI, asynchronous CCN/CSI and the CCN Intranet each behave differently — more surface area, more to test, more to break.
What it is
Standard SOAP Web Services in front of CCN.
lxr.CCN puts standard, loosely-coupled SOAP Web Services between your applications and the network. Your side speaks Web Services; lxr.CCN speaks CSI — across every application and all three channels.
Standard SOAP Web Services, not CSI
Two standard, loosely-coupled SOAP Web Services — synchronous and asynchronous — sit in front of CCN and hide the proprietary CSI from your applications. Your developers never touch CSI; your CCN administrator keeps the usual configuration knowledge — and wherever CSI expertise runs thin, Vivansa’s support team has it covered. High-quality support is in our DNA.
Multi-application
A single connector serves all your national applications at once — not one integration per system.
Three channels, one software
Synchronous, asynchronous and CCN Intranet traffic are all handled by the same software — two SOAP Web Services and an Intranet proxy. You target lxr.CCN; it targets CCN.
Proven in production
Running today inside national Customs & Tax administrations on the 2.x branch (latest 2.8.3.1), with 3.x (3.1.0) released and entering its first deployment — and more in evaluation.
Trans-European applications
Built for the systems you already run.
One connector fronts the trans-European applications your administration operates — new ones plug into the same bridge instead of a fresh CSI integration each time.
