BRUSSELS; August 1, 2025 — We’re pleased to announce the release of lxr.CCN version 2.8.3, the latest update on the 2.x branch, now available for download on the Vivansa Support Portal.
Enhancements in release 2.8.3
- Auto-purge can now delete the files associated with CCN messages when using the file-drop system — controlled by a flag and disabled by default.
- Support for distinct drop folders for incoming and outgoing messages, with the associated MD5 files deleted alongside.
Fixes in release 2.8.3
- Improved error management in the SyncIn module to prevent the RAP from crashing when it receives a malformed request.
A follow-up 2.8.3.1 patch added a test JAR that emulates a non-responding application, and applied the callback-timeout parameters to unsecured deployments.
